We rent a car about once or twice every couple of months for work travel. I book online (which is a big plus) and when we go pick up the car, it has always been ready. We have been using them for over a year without a problem. Sometimes, you even get an upgraded car at no extra charge. The staff is always very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend Hertz in Summerville (by Bi-Lo's).
