My story is kind of odd but here it is haha. My son somehow got into the fireplace (don't worry...it was off!) and ended up getting soot everywhere. I didn't know how to get it out so I called this company. Their technicians knew exactly what to do and had all the right tools to get the messy job done. It was an easy job for them though and I appreciate their help :) Thanks guys!
