I was a little overwhelmed when I stepped into the bike shop for my first time, not really knowing what I wanted, or what I'd fit on, and, initially, neither did the salesperson. It wasn't until i left that I got someone who seemed half interested in being there, and may have had a desire to get me to buy a bike. We ran over my choices together, considering that I am a rather tall fellow, and I decided to make a purchase then and there. The overall customer experience was wonderful, and everyitme I walk in there I feel as if my business is really important.
