This is a friendly neighborhood type of bar that serves burgers and other bar food. The place has lots of televisions, both large and small, most often tuned to games or other sporting events that are on live TV at that time. The bar allows smoking and does not have a non- area, so you need to be aware that it is not for the person who cannot deal with smoke. It can be a little loud, but is still a fun place for light food that could never be described as "fine food".
