We had a backed up drain in our basement and our whole basement filled up with water. Once we pumped it out we still couldn't figure out why the water was still coming in. We finally called the drain service and had him come out. He went down and unclogged the drain within 10 minutes. No more problem. he was very friendly and knew exactly what had been causing it. lint and stuff from the washer had gotten things clogged up. He charged a flat rate so no hourly rate was charged. He came out within a few hours of us calling him as well. He had been working long days and still was very friendly and chipper
