I think Dr. Milagros is a wonderful doctor. She is always nice and yet very professional. She always takes the time to explain things to y ou and I never feel rushed when she sees me. Her staff are also very friendly and very helpful. I usually don't have to wait very long to be seen unless she's overbooked that day.
