Food 4 Less used to be the closest grocery store for the lower income families to go, but now with Winco and Food Maxx, they have shifted their focus group to the "ethnic" foods. Only here will you find an extensive selection in the Asian and Hispanic food choice. I think this really is only in the Stockton division because the main groups that go there fall within the two groups.
The Chinese food they have there is great, but its inside the store and the lines can be really long.
