NTC Communications is overpriced and will try to cheat the customer at any chance that they can get away with. In one year's time, they raised rates from $75 to $85 a month for their combined phone, internet, and cable, and then removed their 100 free minutes of long distance from the plan without informing current customers of this change when renewal time came. The company bought out another company in 2004, and proceeded to remove 4 of the HBOs along with other in demand channels such as ESPN Classic-- then raised the rates. I highly recommend using your phone company for all services that NTC offers to provide.
