I had a biased opinion upon my first visit to the store. My friend wasn't happy with the way he was treated on a visit and said that they overcharged him for repairs he didn't authorize. I didn't have the same problem on my visit. I did find that some of the prices of used games a bit pricey though. A good spot to check for deals.
