This apt building is located on West Pine between Taylor and Newstead. The building doesnt look as nice from the outside. The inside is ok. Hallways are somewhat dark and damp. They have studios and "one-bedroom" lofts. Rent has gone up since last year. i remember rent being ~$550 for lofts. now they are about 700.
balcony. air conditioning. cable ready. but utilities not included tho.
they claim to have a view.. but i dont see it. there's nothing to see.
management - just ok.
