While I couldn't get myself to pay over $70 to play a round of golf at the regular course, the par 3 course was reasonable. Don't try to walk this course as the terrain is hilly and you have to walk all 18 holes without a break since the course doesn't come back to the club house after 9 holes like it does on the regular course. The holes are challenging and often need to use your longer clubs to hit the greens off of the tee. It's a nice course for a nice price.
