Zydeco is an okay place to watch music. With it's low ceilings, it's a pretty stuffy place to watch acts play. Like most bar/clubs, the shows never start on time as to get you to buy more drinks. The shows often run way past midnight. The number of bigger named acts has also dwindled due to the opening of Workplay. Zydeco and other places like the Nick have a lot to catch up to Workplay as far as a music venue.
