Jerry Mah DDS is quite frankly the best dentist I've ever had. The fact that pretty much all of the previous dentists I've gone to have been lousy doesn't take away from his skill at all. I've been to places where either I've had to wait for long periods of time or had to endure a less than skillful dentist plow his/her way into my teeth in a far from gentle manner. I've also gone to dentists who administered way too much Novocaine than necessary, leaving my mouth totally numb for hours. This dentist, on the other hand, actually understands the mouth and how to make the dreaded visit to the dentist a pleasant, and dare I say even a welcome, experience. He's performed not only routine teeth cleaning but also several oral surgeries on me (including the removal of all four wisdom teeth and some minor surgery on my gums) and did so with seemingly effortless skill and care. So if you're looking for a friendly, skillful dentist in the San Leandro area, look no further.
