I recently went into this store for the first time, and had an easy and delightful shopping experience. The clerks and salespeople there were incredibly helpful, and were there to help at every turn. Whether it was a question about a product, or the selection of colors on a certain item, they were there. I was very impressed with the time they took with me, and the patience they had. They also have great selections on products. I have found a new store to purchase anything for my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and my entire home because they have it all. The store is a bit pricy though. The quality of the items is outstanding, so in my opinion, it is worth the cost.
