Customer service training is a need for this place. Had breakfst there, and it took 45 minutes for my sons pancakes (I was done with breakfast by this time) How long does it take to make pancakes? Not very!! When I complained to the manager on duty, she said that they have to cook the panckes that is why it took so long.....HELLO, needless to say, our family has not been back, and when people ask me about it, I steer them ANYPLACE else for breakfast. Pancake house is almost next store....see my review for this business.
