"Med" deli (as it is affectionately known) is a great find in downtown Chapel Hill. It is part market for Mediterranean food, and part deli for casual salads and sandwiches. The falafel is homemade and amazing, along with the hummus. It is a very casual atmosphere where you order at the counter, and a great alternative to fast food with a similar speed and price.
