Mainstreet bar and Grill is located on Mainstreet in Hopkins, MN and had been in business for a few years, with a few different owners.
The Pub style bar has a nice atmosphere, and is failry large inside. The prices are fair, and their Grill puts out some decent food. They have bands 2-3 times a week, usualy your average local band, but sometime a few well known higher end bands come in. The dance floor set-up is terrible, they stick the band in the back corner with a sliver for a dance floor. The bigest problem with mainstreet is all the walls, there are walls everywhere, they would do good by a small remodel.
They do have 2-3 pool tables, and arcade machine, and a number of large T.v.'s. I don't mind hanging out there for a few Malt liquar treats once in awhile. Check it out, cool local place.
