They take extra care not to upset the patients.. They try not to inflict copious amounts of pain like other denists. On my last visit they were quite friendly and when i wasn't sure if i had enough novacaine he told me he would gladly give me a little more if it was not feeling numb enough. That and they swab it very good with the pre-numbing stuff before the usually painfull shot (which wasn't that painfull here!) I will definately keep going to this dentist for the carefull and almost painless practices!
