I learned something. When it comes to purchasing a bicycle, for good quality and service, you can’t go to a major retailer.
We tried the Wal-Mart – Target type stores and found them lacking in information. The bicycles were assembled haphazardly. The sales force knew practically nil about the pros and cons of various brands and models.
That’s when we found Northeast. My husband needed to have his old bike cleaned and repaired. In speaking with the people there we learned so much about types of bikes and proper sizing. They ride so they know what they are talking about. That confidence in their knowledge lead us to purchase two new bicycles there.
