It was very hard to find an excellent avian vet in the metro area. The first one I went to wasn't very knowledgeable and gave some misinformation. Dr. Ahlgrim was gave me peace of mind with my cockatiel. When a bird gets sick, it is imperative that you seek medical attention right away, and I was able to page her for immediate attention to the issue. She treated my baby like he was her very own and even gave him kisses on his tummy. Her staff is very sweet as well.
