My fiancé and I had been “church shopping” and meeting with disappointment, in that no church we attended felt like a good “fit” for us. Many of the churches we attended felt more like exclusive “clubs” than places of acceptance and understanding. After meeting with Pastor Brookes at the Church of Christ in Newington, we knew that we had found the church for us – open, accepting and a place where discussion is encouraged.
