I have had Nate's service for 3 years without any problems at all until this month. My check I sent for payment was returned due to either my bank's or their bank's mistake. It is a "he said, she said" situation and no one will take blame for it. Nevertheless, Nate's has charged me a $25.00 return check fee which they will not refund even though I have been an excellent customer for them also. When I called to cancel my service I was told my request for cancellation had to be approved by the owners!! What??!! I cancel service, I get a refund --- it should be simple!! So if you go with their service, be prepared for a hassel if you try to leave them, they will think they own you. I am not happy at all.
