Bad experience with factory repair 8/29/2005

I know that it is not the fault of this Ford dealership since they had to send my repair to the factory. My radio went out and I was told that I could bring it in and it would take about a week. A month has gone by, and they do not call to give me any updates and I have to keep calling them to find out when it is going to be ready. They are unable to give me any idea when to expect this. They have offered no discount or sincere apology. I would never take my car back to this location to get anything done after this experience. more
