Do not take your child here. I enrolled my daughter and paid the outrageous enrollment fee of 250 for flex care. Only to later find out from the assistant manager Heidi that with state daycare assistance that I receive I must pay the full amount that the daycare charges and get reimbursed from the state. However the state pays daycares not individuals. I then called Heidi to try to resolve the issue which she claims I was well aware of when I paid the fee, which I was not. Because of this I had to find other day care. When I called up to Kidz kabana and spoke to Heidi’s sister I was informed that what Heidi told me was untrue. When I asked Heidi about this she claims to have never told me this and called me a liar, which is funny because in previous conversation she swore I knew about she now denies. I had every intention of using their daycare why else would I have handed over that much money!!!! She now refuses to return my money even though she mislead me. To make matters worse this is a family owned business so there is no way to go over her, the only thing I get is hung up on or non returned phone calls. Save yourself time and money deal with professional people not scammers such as the Kidz Kabana more
