I have always considered myself rather computer literate, but I'll admit there are some things that I know little or nothing about when it comes to them, and I hate going to a place where the salesmen are all post-pubscent geeks who think the entire world should know what they do about computers and scoff at us for not knowing and try to treat us as inferior or stupid.
