Chapters is housed in an old brick building that is inviting. When you walk in the door, the smell of coffee greets you. There is a little bit of a "Central Perk" feel here (a la Friends), with comfortable couches and tables to meet friends. They also have wireless internet so you'll see a laptop here or there.
Chapters sells new and used books. If you have books to sell, be ready to leave them for a week and go for credit-you'll get more-which is good-you will want to come back often.
