If you're on a budget and have a hankering for Mexican food, try el Potrillo, an unassuming little joint on one of Napa's main drags, Third Street, across from the Fairgrounds. You can eat inside in the close, hectic family atmosphere, or outside under umbrellas on the patio. The people work there are delightful, as is the food. They give big portions of good food for a very good price, and they even have a wine list. !Que Fabuloso!
