We just got a water softener from them. They are so helpful and friendly! They installed the water softener quickly and without very much interruption to our day. They explained everything great. Then I called and asked a few questions and the woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. We later ran out of salt and they brought salt over 45 minutes later!
