I was in Gulf Shores briefly, and was surprised by their lack of tourist-friendly restaurants (I'm used to visiting Panama City, FL, where you can choose between about a million places to eat), so I picked this place for dinner one evening because it looked decent and was one of the only places around.
On a busy day, I can see where this place would be hard to be comfortable in, but otherwise it's pleasant. They have many "baskets" of fried items to choose from (shrimp, chicken, etc), as well as many other typical restaurant items (lots of appetizers, burgers, fries, and so on). The prices are about average for a place on the coast, and the food is quite good (they also give you a ton of it). The service was great, as well. If you're in town, I recommend stopping by for lunch.
