John did a really good job making sure we were happy, seeing we could not afford the top dollar package cause of the economy we figured our service would be different. Well he went out of his way to make sure we were happy, our carpets look great and this a very customer oriented company. Next time we use them we will opt to get the bigger stainfighter protection package it just seemed more than we could afford this time, but over all completely satisfied with the service.
