My story is probably the strangest of all the rest but here goes. My son somehow got into the fireplace and ended up getting soot everywhere. I didn't know how to get it out so I called this company. Their technicians knew exactly what to do and had all the right equipment to get the messy job done. It was an easy job for them though and I appreciate their help :) Thanks guys!
