Rob, We are delighted that we found you and Remodeling by Design. Your interior design and remodeling ideas are fresh while not being over the top. We wanted casual elegance in our Overland Park home and you delivered. As you know, we had an architect design our lower level remodeling project, but your vision for this space was the difference between common and magical. We love the faux stone columns, stone archways, stone moldings and light weight wrought iron materials that were used in creating our unique and private Old World European Villa in the lower level of our home. Everyone that visits our home enjoys our home theater and the wine grotto cellar experience. Your use of lighting and color adds a touch of drama and richness and shows off our artwork perfectly. What we are coming to appreciate is that “the space has become the artwork”. We have to pinch ourselves every time we go to our newly remodeled and transformed space to remind ourselves that we are still in Overland Park, Kansas and this is our home.
