I dont like them! i went to buy a car from them and they did not have the one i wanted. So, they said if i gave them a check for $500 that they would search other dealerships to see if they could find my car. Well, then they tell me they couldnt and tried to pressure me into another car i didnt want. So i called another dealer and found my car! then Kelly's didnt want to give me back my check, they said i had given it to them! I had an agreement to purchase a car from them. I told them, yes, if you found my car, and you said you didnt... I found it.. i want my money back!
They finally did, but it was a fight! They are a huge dealership, they dont care about the small people who buy lower end new cars..
