ok...it wasn't that bad..but the sounds!! I left feeling a LOT better. had that thing in your neck where you can't turn your head without turning your whole body!! OUCH. The first visit gave me back about 70% of my mobility...a few more visits and I was golden. Thank the Lord for insurance. Not sure I would have went for more visits had it been out of pocket.
