Good: Their enthusiasm to sell. Seemed nice.. Bad: No follow-through with a sales lead. No phone calls. Nothing.. Improvements: I doubt they can improve but they can only go up from where they are now. I hope.. Other: Spoke with Bobby Ordona on the phone for a range hood. Would call back with price etc but no call in a couple weeks. Went to store and spoke with him again. Said he'd call back that day or by Monday (went to store on Sunday) and two weeks or went by and no calls. This is the supposed return of the great Caston family and their world-famous customer service? Right. Maybe they treat new customers this way or it was their subtle hint to never come back. Whatever it was, I didn't appreciate it at all..
