This is one of the only taxi places in town. The four bucks for a ride is well worth it. Get in the taxi adn do your thing. They are great on a late night. Most of the drivers speak pretty good english and will actually talk to you, although some of them are a bit odd. They do not like to use the air-conditioners and the windows on some seem to be permantly in the down postion. Do not try to call late at night for a car the phone will never be answered.
