With both fresh baked cookies and ice cream, this place would be a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth even if it didn't also have water-ice, the unique Philadelphia treat I'd never heard about before coming to the east coast but have quickly learned to greatly appreciate. It is quite an attraction for families with young children on hot summer nights, and can become quite crowded. Also seems to be a favorite for college students.
