The back doorknob jammed and we couldn't get out the back. Who ya gonna call??
We called Sentinal Lockout services at 6pm. He said he'd be there before 7pm. Got here in less than an hr. He replaced the jammed mechanism in 10 minutes and was on his way home for dinner.
