The Old Courthouse Museum is a landmark in downtown Sioux Falls. It dates back to the 1890's and, as the name suggests, is the former Minnehaha County Courthouse. In the meantime it's been carefully restored, and it now hosts exhibits on regional history. Best of all, it's FREE!
The beautiful former courtroom is available for rent for a very reasonable fee--perfect for small seminars or wedding receptions.
