If you need shoes fixed and you're doing shopping in the mall... most of the time they will have them fixed by the time you are done shopping (1hr or so) but if they are busy sometimes it can take them a couple days... I had them fix a belt for me.. and the guy "fixed" it but he did it wrong... and he did re-fix it the correct way... but I think they charged a little too much for what it was... so if you need shoes fixed... and you don't know of another place... they're ok... but there is a "redwing" shoe store behind the mall in fairfield that has shoe repair... and my experience with them is much better than the shoe stop...
