I went to Total Mortgage after a minor "crisis" with a real estate deal. I had less than two hours to put financing together and Total Mortgage had it under control in less than 30 minutes! Everything was explained to me in a very clear/professional manor and I felt I was treated professionally. There are many mortgage companies popping up that I feel are "fly by night", but not this one. I felt the whole transaction was handled well and I left feeling confident that my needs were met in what I felt was a very expedited manner.
