Our experience with this location has been REALLY bad. Everytime we order either take out, delivery or drive thru -- something is missing. From sauces to forks to napkins -- they never completely get the order 100% right. I have found that most El Pollo Locos have this same problem. Could be bad management? I have called on numerous occasions for missing items (we ordered) and they'll credit us. But it's just a hassle. I have written to the company and they offered us a free $5 gift card. Unfortunately, that does not make up for their lack of good customer service. Order cautiously and always double check your order from this chain. more
