This was the estate of the Guggenheims and the architecture is oddly castle like. You can tour Hempstead House, Castleground and the famous Falaise, getting the feeling of being on the Gold Coast in it's prime. The grounds are lovely. Here's where the kids come in: they have a very realistic dinosaur exhibit worthy of Jurassic Park (but milder) and a few dinosaur related activities. It is something to see!
