the facilities are secure. They were helpful in advising how much space to get and there was no sales pressure to get a bigger, more expensive unit. The security seemed great. When I was unloading stuff from my unit a guy came up and politely asked who I was to make sure I was the person leasing the unit. On a final note, they also helped me maneuver a big moving truck when loading or unloading.
