I really enjoyed this experience. the guys are nice, fast, knowledgeable, and don't try to push services on you. you get to stay in your car, watch CNN or what they're doing under your hood, and they bring you coffee and a newspaper that you get to keep. you also get free oil top offs in between oil changes. i'll never go back to jiffylube again!
