From first appearances, this Dairy Queen kind of looks like a whole in the wall. You can barely tell it's even there from the street because all you really see is Osco Drug. The drive through is decidely odd and all Dairy Queens make you question if it's a "fast food" restaurant because it can generally take a bit longer. However, I think that's a good thing because they prepare your meal specifically for you and it's fresh and hot when you get it.
Dairy Queen is the only place my husband will eat ice cream because he can't stand the whipped stuff you get at say, McD's or Burger King. When he wants ice cream, he wants the real thing and at Dairy Queen you get that. All in all, it's a great place, especially on a hot afternoon. We are glad we live close to one! Yeah for Dairy Queen!
