I bought a Altima from the used car department. At first glance the vehicle seemed great. After a couple of days though, the car stunk really bad. Turns out the previous owner had a dog. It smelled like dog and there was dog hair everywhere a vacuum could not reach.
I took it back to the dealer and spoke with the Sales Manager. He insisted the car was detailed and would do NOTHING about the smell or hair. I wrote a letter to the General Manager and got no response.
