We've taken our car to Homer's several times now and have been satisfied each time. They don't try to do more than needs to be done. They're also a licensed inspection station. They are a bit difficult to get an appointment with, though, so it's best to schedule in advance. I avoid them for oil changes since they're a bit more expensive than some other places.
