Pittsburgh Rare has outstanding food, great service, a great view of the Pittsburgh rivers and skyline, and a nice atmosphere. It's a little pricey but worth it for special occasions. I'd recommend avoiding their signature "Pittsburgh Rare" steak which is rare on the inside and charred on the outside but everything else is delicious.
