We called Mintex due to a problem we were having with a brand new dryer from Lowe's that was under warranty. They responded quickly and even helped us haggle with the warranty people at Whirlpool in order to get them to take care of the problem instead of us having to pay for it out of pocket. They had our dryer up and running but worked with us to get Whirlpool to replace it with a new one. Talk about customer service! We have since recommended them to all of our friends. Great people.
